HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3395 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 20.02.2015, passed in I.A.No.1245 of 2012 in R.C.C.No.7 of 2007 on the file of Rent Controller - cum - Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main R.C.C. was allowed on 10.09.2015, whereas, the present revision petition was filed on 19.08.2015.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
