There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under: " ... Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the petitioner's right of personal liberty and petitioner's rights in respect of land admeasuring 166.88 Square Yards situated at plot nos. 34 and 43 in Sy.No. 235/ A and 235/ AA of Nadiapally village, Dic hpally Mandal, Nizamabad District without following the due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 placed on record the written instructions dated 21.10.2013 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Makloor Police Station, Nizamabad District.

From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the 3rd respondent never interfered with the petitioner's right of personal liberty and right in respect of the land in plot No.34 and 43 in Sy.No.235/ A and 235/ AA, admeasuring 166.88 sq. yards situated at Nadiapally village, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District at any point of time as alleged by the petitioner. It is further mentioned that the contention of the petitioner that at the instigation of one Bhoomaiah, the 3rd respondent has interfered with the land of the petitioner and on 13.08.2013 and 17.08.2013 the 3rd respondent has threatened the petitioner not to carry out the construction activities and detained the petitioner in the police station is incorrect, baseless and far from truth.

In the light of the above said specific instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
