HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5417 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.191 of 2014 on the file of the P.S., Kukatpally, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 363 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State/ respondent No.1 before notice to respondent No.2/de facto complainant and before admission.

It is the oral submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner since permitted to endorse on the petition and endorsed by the learned counsel that he wants only direction to the police to complete the investigation as early as possible by fixing time.

As it is the duty of the investigating officer to complete the investigation and intimate the day to day progress of investigation to the Court besides mentioning in Part-I Case Diary to complete the investigation as mandated for the offences below ten years to be finished within sixty (60) days. Thus, atleast by two

months from today by just endeavour the investigation be completed and final report to be filed.

Accordingly, this criminal petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
