THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CRP.NOS.363 AND 365 OF 2013 COMMON ORDER These revisions are filed against the interlocutory orders passed in O.S.No.110 of 2008 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Srikalahsti. The learned counsel for the petitioners Sri T.Janardhan Rao submits that he has instructions to withdraw the revisions and seeks permission for the same.

The learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondent No.1 Sri S.V.Muni Reddy submits that the main suit itself was disposed on 17.10.2017.

In view of the representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, permission accorded and the revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
