This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in not initiating further action and investigating the case in Crime No.342/2OL4, which was registered on 27.05.2014 for the offence under Sections lO9, 406, 42O read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.
Sri R. Giri Kumar (14666), learned counsel on record for the petitioner submitted that he has no instructions as to whether t}re said crime is still pending or not. 3.
On the other hand, the learned counsel for the respondent No.2 placed on record written instructions dated 03.08.2015, wherein it is submitted t]lat after conducting investigation the case in Crime No.342/2O14 was closed as the entire issue for the dispute comes under the purview of 'civil in I nature' and that the police cannot proceed in civil disputes. I 4In view of the above facts and circumstances and since the cause in the writ petition does not survive, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
