".... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to produce the petitioner's son by name Lukka Siva Naga Raju @ Naga Raju, who is one of the Accused in Crime No.230 of 2016 on the file of the 4th respondent." At the hearing, Mr. K.Ramakoteswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
