Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy, if any. Permission is accorded and the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternative remedy in accordance with law.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this civil revision petition shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
