I.A.No.4 of 2018 is filed by petitioner in the writ petition seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Petitioner is also present in Court and states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition. Petitioner is identified by Mr. K.Lakshmi Narasimha, counsel for petitioner in the writ petition and Sri N.Sreedhar Reddy, learned counsel, who is entered appearance subsequently. 2.

In view of the affidavit filed in support of the application and statement of petitioner, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
