ORDER

Petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her application for grant of building permission for construction of residential building in open plot No.8 (1-3-178/10 Part) to an extent of 222.22 square yards, situated at A.N.Reddy Colony of Nirmal Town, Adilabad District.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Nirmal Municipality that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 24.10.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23191 of 2017. Relevant portion of the said order reads as under: "Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Municipality to accept and process the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of the Memo No.2252/M1/2017, dated 28.04.2017 issued by respondent No.1 and pass appropriate orders, as per law."

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
