27.04.2026 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed by the petitionerA.1 seeking to modify the conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.P.No.665 of 2026, dated 17.02.2026.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the directions of this Court, the petitioner has been appearing before the Station House Officer concerned on every day. He also submits that the petitioner is jobless and he is trying to get new job for his livelihood and as he is appearing before the Station House Officer concerned daily, he is not in a position to search for a job and hence, he prays this Court to modify the said condition. He further submits that the petitioner is strictly complying with all the conditions imposed by this Court since the date of his release.

On the other hand, learned Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been appearing before the Station House Officer concerned every day as directed this Court. He further submits that instead every day, the Court may be directed to appear the petitioner before

the Station House Officer concerned in alternate dates.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor and facts and circumstances of the case and as petitioner has been regularly attending before the Station House Officer concerned on every day as directed by this Court, the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Station House Officer between 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on every day till filing of the charge sheet for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer concerned on every Saturday between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM till filing of charge sheet for the purpose of investigation and thereafter as and when required. The other conditions in the order shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application is ordered.
