THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.868 of 2015 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this Civil Revision Petition is that he has filed E.A.No.74 of 2008 in E.P.No.37 of 2008 in O.S.No.1402 of 1996 before the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad to register the sale deed in favour of M/s.G.S.Associates, nominee of the Decree Holder, and the said E.A. is not being taken up by the said Court.

2. The learned counsel for petitioner contends that the Court below is not justified in keeping it pending for almost 7 years even though the suit is disposed of long back. 3.

Having regard to these submissions, the Revision Petition is allowed, and the V Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad is directed to decide E.A.No.74 of 2008 in E.P.No.37 of 2008 in O.S.No.1402 of 1996 on his file within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order positively. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
