HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3858 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.48 of 2013 on the file of XI Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.48 of 2013. Accordingly, the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, in his letter in Dis.No.11884/MSJ/HYD/2018, dated 04.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was withdrawn under Section 257 Cr.P.C.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against C.C.No.48 of 2013 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
