Sri Sasibushan Rao, learned counsel representing Sri G.Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory remedy available to him in accordance with law before the competent forum.
