JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 32725 OF 2015 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Writ Petition is directed against an interlocutory order passed on 31.08.2015 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No. 4991 of 2015 instituted by this very petitioner.

The order passed by the Tribunal on 31.08.2015 reads as under: " Post on16.09.2015 for hearing along with batch of cases (O.A.4902/2015)"

We fail to understand as to how the petitioner can approach this Court against such an order. His grievance is that the Tribunal is not taking up the batch of cases for hearing. We do not know whether the pleadings are complete in the batch of cases and we do not also know whether the said Tribunal is taking up other important and pressing cases on priority basis. These are all O.As., which have been instituted in the year 2015. That is no reason for us to entertain this Writ Petition.

We only hope and trust that the Tribunal would be alive to the criticism launched against it that it is not taking up cases for hearing which are really urgent and it is avoiding taking up hearing of important matters. With this, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
