This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: "To declare the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action against respondents 4 and 5 and not giving any police-aid for protection of person and property of the petitioner admeasuring 208.18 sq.yards in survey No.408 of Metpally proper and Mandal, Karimnagar district considering the complaint dated 1/12/2012 and basing on a judgment and decree passed in OS.No.70 of 2006 on the file of the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Metpally, Karimnagar district, dated 26/12/2007 is nothing but arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action basing upon the complaint filed by the petitioner dated 1/12/2012 and provide police aid and protection to the above property of the petitioner and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When the matter is called, it is requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this writ petition can be closed by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the other remedies available to the petitioner in law.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed keeping it open to the petitioner to avail the other remedies available in law. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
