Impugning the proceedings dated 07/01/2019 passed by the IV-Special Magistrate, Kukkatpally at Prashanth Nagar/Miyapur, Cyberabad, in Criminal Miscellaneous Petition No. 106 of 2019 in C.C.No. 806 of 2017 on the file of the Court of IV-Special Magistrate, Kukkatpally at Prashanth nagar/Miyapur, Cyberabad, the petitioner/accused filed this quash petition.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent-State in opposing the same, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent and before admission. Perused the First Information Report, impugned order and quash petition averments.

3. Heard and disposed of before ordering notice to the second respondent/defacto complainant, directing the lower court to grant certified copy of the order and other reliefs left open as the case may be.

4. Accordingly and in the result, the criminal petition is disposed of before admission.
