Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.23 of 2015 on the file of VII Additional District Judge, Ongole and he further states that after filing the present Civil Revision Petition appropriate issues were framed and the trial Court is taking up the matter. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.
