I.A.NO.1 OF 2025 This application is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of condition No.(ii) imposed by this Court by in Crl.P.No.873 of 2025 vide order dated 24.01.2025 i.e., to appear before the concerned SHO at 11.00 a.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation and thereafter, as and when required.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there are 32 FIRs registered against this petitioner and when he is appearing before the investigating officer, the police are taking advantage of the same and filing P.T.Warrants. As such, requested this Court to relax the said condition for ten (10) days. Considering the said submission of learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Condition No.(ii) of Para 6 of the order dated 24.01.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.873 of 2025 is relaxed till 10.03.2025. Thereafter, petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer as directed by this Court.
