This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 20.06.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.33 of 2016 in S.C.No.349 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Assistant Sessions Judge, Razole.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.
