O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/Accused under section 437 and 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge him on bail in Crime No. 223 of 1999 of Sananthnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under section 498-A and 306 of IPC.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner/Accused and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

3. The admitted fact is that first bail application in Criminal Petition No.16694 of 2016 filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court, vide orders dated 14/12/2016 and there is no change of circumstances in the present case.

4. Finding no merit, the Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
