Sri B.Lokeshwar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the counsel for the petitioner, informed this Court that the petitioner has taken away the bundle from their office in the month of November, 2017 with a no objection.

However, from the perusal of the file, the petitioner neither engaged any other counsel nor filed any memo seeking permission to appear as a party-in-person in the matter. From the above, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter diligently. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
