THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.20169 OF 2017 O R D E R :

Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 1st respondent in disposing of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 19.07.2013 against the orders passed by the 3rd respondent imposing punishment of stoppage of ten annual grade increments with cumulative effect.

2.

Though time was granted to the learned Government Pleader on 21.06.2017 to find out whether the said appeal is still pending disposal, he stated that he has not received any instructions as of date.

3.

Since the grievance of the petitioner relates only to disposal of the appeal preferred by him on 19.07.2013, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said appeal, if not already disposed of, within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
