THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.2157 OF 2020 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of official respondents in interfering with the civil in nature of cases and threatening the petitioners to settle the dispute with the unofficial respondents in connection with O.S. No.503 of 2018 pending on the file of XIV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, as being illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the provisions of law.

Heard Sri A.S. Bhavani Shanker, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 03.02.2020, while denying the writ averments submits that the respondent police never insisted the petitioners to settle the issue with the unofficial respondents with regard to the above said land. It is also further stated that the respondent police never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioners' property at the behest of unofficial respondents in the police station. In addition to the said written instructions, it is stated that as per the Station records, there are three cases registered in respect of the above said land and the respondent authority except investigating into the above cases never interfered in the civil dispute. Further, it is also stated that the investigation in the above three cases registered in respect of the said land is complete and final report will be filed before the competent Court.

Having regard to the specific submission made on behalf of the official respondents that the said authorities are not interfering in the civil disputes with the petitioners property, no further orders need be passed in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
