Ramanna Dora, learned counsel appearing for Sri D. Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioners, having argued for some time, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Sri B. Prabhakar Rao, learned counsel on caveat for the Indian Bank, states that he has no objection.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
