THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.181 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no appearance for the petitioner. Learned counsel for Respondents 1 and 2 appears.

2. This is an application for transfer of a matter pending before the Family Court at Kurnool to the Court at Hyderabad.

3. The petitioner pleaded for transfer of case instituted by the wife for maintenance. It is not required to be transferred on the grounds pleaded by the petitioner even if such proceedings are still pending. But, the learned counsel for the contesting respondents submits that the couple have amicably settled the matter as between them

4. Hence, the Transfer Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall also stand closed.
