This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents, particularly the 3rd and 4th respondents in not considering F-Line petition dated 07.01.2019 filed by the petitioner and for a consequential direction to the 3rd respondent to issue New Pattadar Pass Book in favour of the petitioner in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.07 guntas in Survey No.4/1/1, situated at Konapur Village, Amangal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the 'lis' in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.28.04.2016 passed by this Court in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order dt.28.04.2016 passed in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Office is to append a copy of the order dt.28.04.2016 in WP.No.4811 of 2011 and batch to this order.
