O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice G. Chandraiah) This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the conditional order dated 12.03.2015 passed by this Court in L.A.A.S.M.P.No. 182 of 2015 in L.A.A.S.No. 34 of 2015 whereby interim stay was granted in favour of the respondent-Special Deputy Collector (LA) on condition that he/she deposits half of the enhanced compensation together with statutory benefits.

The learned counsel for the petitioner-claimant has submitted that the respondent-Land Acquisition Officer has complied with the condition stipulated in the order dated 12.03.2015 passed by this Court, as such, no further orders need be passed in this Contempt Case. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to the closure of the Contempt Case, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
