HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 1641 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" ......to declare action of the 4th respondent in undertaking the case proceedings in C.C.No. 19 of 2016, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to provisions of Consumer Protection Act and principles of natural justice and laid down principles thereon." Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material placed on record, we are not inclined to pass any order inasmuch as the writ petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
