Even today, there is no representation on behalfofthe petitioner. 2.This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience and deliberate violation of the order dated 05.01.2021 in W.p.No.23725 of

3. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from his land admeasuring Ac.0.30 guntas in Sy.No.4llA and, Ac.3.24gunras in Sy.No.452llll25ll situated at Dharmapuram Village, Bayyaram Mandal, Mahabubabad District.

4. According to the petitioner, the respondents have tried to evict II the petitioner from the said land. However, he has relied upon the conversation dated 07.01.2021. The subordinates of the respondent herein came to the subject land again on 08.01.2023. According to the petitioner, respondent herein was coming over the suit schedule property and trying to evict him.

5. According to the respondent herein, he never tried to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land as alleged by the petitioner. The petitioner did not file any reply/rejoinder to the said counter adverting

I '_r the same. He has already filed counter and writ petition itself which is pending.

6. As stated supra, on 09.06.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and even on 16 '06.2023 also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner'

7. In the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Contempt is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas and contentions which they have taken in the present contempt, in the W'P'No '23725 of 2020.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand ciosed.
