CVNR,J & DVSS,J A.S.No.245 of 2013 25.04.2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 29.11.2012, in O.S.No.1091 of 2007 on the file of learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Fast Track Court), Ranga Reddy District.

Mr.K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the appellants, has addressed letter, dated 23.04.2018, to the Registry, wherein, he has stated that his clients have instructed him to withdraw the appeal as the dispute has been settled out side the Court. 3.

Today, at the hearing, the learned counsel representing Mr.K.Chidambaram, learned counsel for the appellants, has reiterated the contents of the aforesaid letter. 4.

In the light of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, interim order, dated 24.04.2013, in A.S.M.P.No.787 of 2013, is vacated and A.S.M.P.No.787 of 2013 filed by the appellants for interim relief stands dismissed as infructuous.
