The grievance of the petitioner is that the Deputy Director, Hyderabad District, is not taking necessary action for rectification of the Town Survey & Land Records (TSLR) in respect of the premises bearing D.No.14-5-213, situated at Baldawadi, Begum Bazar, Hyderabad, as directed by the Joint Collector, Hyderabad, under letter dated 19.09.2018.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that the request of the petitioner was considered by the Deputy Director, Survey and Land Records, Hyderabad District, and by Memo dated ------.11.2018, signed on 19.11.2018, the Deputy Director informed the petitioner that there was no provision to undertake corrections in the TSLR as per the Circular instructions issued by the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration. A copy of the said Memo is placed on record and also supplied to Sri Mohd. Abdul Hai, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the aforestated development, the complaint of the petitioner as to the alleged inaction on the part of the Deputy Director stands settled. It is for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedies, in the event he is aggrieved by the Memo issued by the Deputy Director. Leaving it open to the petitioner to do so, this Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
