THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.17067 of 2005 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the representations of the petitioner dated 18.02.2005, 02.04.2005, 22.07.2004 and 04.12.2004 for imparting fuel efficiency training to the drivers of the A.P.S.R.T.C. as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations and pass appropriate orders. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
