This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings dated 23.03.2014 of the 3rd respondent in confirming the order of the 4th respondent who by order dated 21.3.2014 rejected the nomination of the petitioner for the post of election of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency of Munugode-II, Nalgonda District and consequently direct the respondents to accept the nomination filed by the petitioner and to allot symbol to contest the election to the post of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency of Munugode-II, Nalgonda District. 2.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner represents that the cause in this writ petition does not survive. 3.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
