CVNR, J & MSKJ, J in/and F.C.A.No.194 of 2016 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) F.C.A.No.194 of 2016 is filed against the order and decree, dated 06.05.2016, in D.O.P.No.252 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur, whereby she has decreed the said D.O.P. filed by the respondent herein by dissolving the marriage between the parties.

F.C.A.M.P.No.465 of 2016 is filed for recording compromise and allowing the appeal. Along with this application, memorandum of compromise, dated 10.11.2016, signed by both the parties and their respective counsel, is filed, wherein it is, inter alia, stated that with the intervention of the elders and well-wishers, both the parties have reconciled and settled the misunderstandings between them and decided to live together and that accordingly, they have been leading family life from August, 2016 onwards. They have, hence, prayed for allowing the appeal by setting aside the order and decree for dissolution of marriage passed in the aforementioned D.O.P.

At the hearing, both the parties are personally present and they have requested the Court to allow the appeal by setting aside the order under appeal.

In the light of the above facts, F.C.A.M.P.No.465 of 2016 and F.C.A.No.194 of 2016 are allowed by setting aside the order and decree, dated 06.05.2016, in D.O.P.No.252 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-XII Additional District Judge, Guntur. ___________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J ______________________ M.S.K.JAI SWAL, J 11th November, 2016 GHN
