This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.382 of 2018 of Balanagar Police Station, Cyberabad.

Heard. Perused the record.

On written instructions, dated 31.07.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after due investigation in the aforesaid crime, filed charge sheet before XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally, and C.C.No.2701 of 2019 was assigned.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
