THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.1427 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri S.Bhooma Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Tax Recovery Officer under Rule 11 of the Second Schedule to the Income Tax Act, 1961 and to raise objections before the Tax Recovery Officer.

Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
