HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.125 of 2018 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.32104 of 2017, dated 22-09-2017. Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of respondents produced G.O.Rt.No.145, Revenue (Vigilance-II) Department, dated 24-03-2018 and basing on the same, he submits that order in the writ petition has been implemented. He also submits that he has got telephonic message that pensionary benefits and all other benefits have been paid to the petitioner.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
