Vide present petition, the petitioner/ A.7 seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on bail in Cr.No.41 of 2016 on the file of Mahila PS, Vijayawada City, registered for the offences under Sections 342, 376-D & 392 IPC read with 34 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Keeping in view the serious allegations made against the petitioner and the case is at the stage of investigation and the charge sheet is not yet filed, I find no merits in the present case.
