This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in P.R.C. No.7 of 2017 on the file of the Court of XV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
