This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397(1) and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 27.09.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3191 of 2016 in Crime No.182 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
