HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.84 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.112 of 2014 from the file of the XV Additional District Judge, Nuzvid, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the court of VII Additional District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law including filing of similar type of petition before appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
