This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of C.P.C. challenging the order dated 01.10.2012 passed in I.A.No.30 of 2012 in O.S.No.70 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Anaparthy.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners on 03.02.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the E.P. was closed long back.
