OFFICE NOTE 25.02.2025 KL,J I.A.No.1 of 2025 This Court vide order dated 13.02.2025 allowed the present Crl.P.No.884 of 2025 to release the petitioners in the event of their arrest in respect of Cr.No.145 of 2024 on imposition of certain conditions including the condition that the petitioners shall execute personal bonds for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousands only) each with two sureties each for a likesum each, to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer. Now the petitioners sought to reduce the said sum of Rs.25,000/- each as they are agricultural farmers as such not in a position to pay such amount.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are agriculturists, this application is ordered and the sum of Rs.25,000/- towards each surety is reduced to Rs.5,000/- each.
