It is represented by learned counsel for the revision petitioner that the suit itself is disposed of before the lower Court, thereby, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
2) Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
It is left open to the petitioner to avail the remedy under Section 105 C.P.C., in the event of maintainability to take any plea, if at all, against the impugned order passed in interim application.
3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
