HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.676 OF 2020 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of proceedings in C.C.No.540 of 2019 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of the entire proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioner/A-1 restricts his prayer seeking speedy disposal of the above said C.C.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, to dispose of C.C.No.540 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) months from today, without giving any unnecessary adjournments.

Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
