THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8386 OF 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner herein in the present writ petition is non-disposal of the appeal dated 27.10.2014 said to have been preferred by the petitioner before the Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, APSRTC, Kadapa District - 3rd respondent herein, against the orders of termination issued by the 4th respondent vide proceedings No.02/118/(11)/2014-RCTY, dated 29.09.2014.

2. Heard Sri G.Ravi Mohan, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned standing counsel, appearing for the 4th respondent.

3. By way of an order vide proceedings No.02/118/(11)/2014RCTY, dated 29.09.2014, the Depot Manager, APSRTC, Rayachoty, removed the petitioner from service. As against the said order of removal, petitioner herein filed appeal dated 27.10.2014 before the 3rd respondent. As the appeal was filed as long back as on 27.10.2014 and as the same is pending, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be met, if the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal, by fixing some timeframe.

4. For the aforesaid reasons, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 3rd respondent - Deputy Chief Traffic Manager, APSRTC, Kadapa District, to pass appropriate orders on the appeal dated 27.10.2014 said to have been preferred by the petitioner herein against the orders of termination passed by the 4th respondent vide proceedings No.02/118/(11)/2014-RCTY, dated 29.09.2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance

with law.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. __________________ A.V.SESHA SAI, J 15.03.2016 SS
