Counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a representation before respondents 2 and 3 seeking provisional pension and seeks leave to approach this Court, in the event said representation is not favourably considered by respondents 2 and 3. 2.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondents 2 and 3 seeking provisional pension and to approach this Court again in the event his representation to respondents 2 and 3 is not favourably considered by them, within a period of four (04) weeks of submission of such representation. No costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
