Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the subject land in Sy.No.220A situated at Palvancha village, Kothagbudem Taluk, Khammam District, is a private patta land and that the respondents are not interfering as alleged by the petitioners, and that if at all there is any dispute between the petitioners and the third parties, it is open to them to approach the civil court for appropriate relief. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Recording the above statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
