HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.5305 OF 2011 ORDER:

No representation for the petitioner/accused No.1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that on 1.7.2011 Investigating Officer upon completion of investigation filed charge-sheet and this Court granted interim order on 13.7.2011, and, thus, filing of charge-sheet preceded granting of order, and therefore, the present criminal petition become infructuous. The learned VIII-Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has also taken cognizance of the offences and Calendar Case number is also assigned.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
