This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, t973 (for short -Cr.P.C.) by the petitioner - complainant to direct the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan t, t t t Complex, Hyderabad, to take up C.C.NI.No.1192 of 2022 on day to day basis and expedite the trial.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the offence is under Section 138 of Negotlable Instruments Act (for short'N.I. Act) and it is pending since four (04) years and sought intervention of this Court to direct the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Complex, Hyderabad, to conclude the trial expeditiously. 4.
Keeping in view the case is of the year 2019 and the offence is under Section 138 of N.I. Act, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Manoranjan Complex,
Crl.Petition No.795 of zoz3 Hyderabad, to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of three (03) months, in accordance with law from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
